How to Publish an Article on Husika

Before you start

You must have Article Contributor access. If you do not have it yet, see our guide on becoming an article contributor.

Create your article

1. Open your Dashboard and go to My Articles.
2. Choose Create Article to open the editor at /dashboard/blog/new.
3. Add your title and write your content. You can save your work as a Draft and return to it at any time.

Submit for review

When your article is ready, select Submit for review. Husika validates the article first; if something required is missing, you will see Fix before submitting. Correct the highlighted items and try again.

Article statuses

Your article moves through clear states:

• Draft — still being written; only you can see it.
• Pending review — submitted and waiting for the editorial team.
• Under review — an editor is reviewing it.
• Rejected — changes are needed; use Re-submit for review after editing.
• Published — live and visible to the public.
• Archived — no longer active.

Formatting tips

Use clear headings and short paragraphs. You can add fenced code blocks when you need to show commands or examples, for instance:

An administrator or editor approves publication — saving an article does not publish it by itself. When your article is published, you also earn participation points.
