Regional Coordinators (County, Constituency & Ward Levels)

We are seeking passionate, proactive, and community-driven individuals to join our team as Regional Coordinators at County, Constituency, and Ward levels across Kenya.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary Husika representative within your assigned region.
Mobilize and engage local communities in civic education and public participation initiatives.
Organize and coordinate town halls, community dialogues, and policy awareness sessions.
Facilitate feedback collection from citizens on policy issues and channel insights through the Husika platform.
Build and maintain relationships with local leaders, community-based organizations, and stakeholders.
Support the creation and distribution of localized content for civic education.
Provide regular reports on activities, community engagement, and impact metrics.
Qualifications:
Ward Level Coordinators: Minimum KCSE (Form 4 completion).
Constituency Level Coordinators: Must hold an undergraduate degree or be currently enrolled in a university.
County Level Coordinators: Must hold a completed undergraduate degree.
All applicants must have participated in Husika activities and attained a minimum of 40 participation points.
Strong interest in governance, public policy, and civic engagement.
Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
